Cantata has finally opened up again after 18 months, but we weren’t completely silent during that time. Like many groups, we took to the internet and lived our lives on Zoom, holding singing sessions with our choir members, play along
March 14th 2020 – I have taken the decision, for the safety and well-being of all the members in the Cantata choirs and Orchestra to cancel all rehearsals for the time being due to Coronavirus.
November 8th 2019 – It’s been a mixed 12 months for Cantata Music Education with some highs and sadly some lows.
July 12th 2019 – Due to very sad circumstances there will be no summer concerts this year (2019). Please check back in the autumn for updates. Thank you for your understanding.
November 14th 2018 – You can now view all of the currently planned concerts for the remainder of 2018 and 2019 in our events calendar. This includes both our Summer and Christmas concerts for all choirs and the orchestra.
March 3rd 2018 – A couple of years ago we were approached by David from Mill Productions saying they would like to make a film about community music and thought of us! That was the start of a very exciting

August 29th 2017 – WOWSigners now have a new rehearsal venue. The group now meets at Morley Green Club, Mobberley Road, Wilmslow, SK9 5NT. The times and fees remain the same.
