Macclesfield Afternoon Community Choir
Macclesfield Afternoon Community Choir (M.A.C.C) was launched in May 2010 in partnership with AgeUK. The choir has grown considerably over the years and now numbers around forty with a small group of gentlemen providing a sound bass line. As with all our choirs, we don’t limit ourselves to any particular genre so the choice of music should suit all tastes.
We meet at:
St Paul’s Church, Glegg Street, Macclesfield, SK11 7AJ
Rehearsals:
Rehearsals take place on Thursday afternoons from 2.15pm—3.45pm and always finish with the brew and a biscuit, with a chance to chat to other members.
Fees:
Fees are currently £5 a session paid in half-termly blocks but new members may pay weekly for their first half term until they decide to become full members.
Join:
New members are always welcome and can be assured of a warm welcome.
